The IDEATION project’s WP2 “Triangle Networks for Strengthening Partnerships” aims to establish new and enhance existing collaborations of organizations focused on pro-innovative approaches. This is being achieved by creating strong links with incubators, science parks, and other external initiatives by conducting Open Seminars with representatives of clustered organizations and other interested persons.
So far, five Open Seminars have been organized by partners in Phase 1 of the IDEATION project. Phase 2 of the project will see five more Open Seminars built on lessons learned from Phase 1 with the aim of improving collaboration and knowledge exchange with industry, the public accademic sector and society.
In February 2023, our partner Wrocław University of Science and Technology organized a second Open Seminar in the context of the Wroclaw Tech Date, a series of non-conference debates, speeches, talks, and moderated networking devoted to Deep Tech. The seminar gathered 60 people from different sectors mainly HEIs students, academic staff, representatives from the industrial sector, and business support organizations. The event focused among other themes on technology trends, cooperation in EU projects and digital product design, and deep tech industries. It was an important occasion for networking for all participants. Special guest from Italy – Roccardo Falduto talked about Value Added Selling.

The goal of the activities was twofold: to know first-hand what companies demand when incorporating talent into their workforces, and to record the importance of innovation in companies’ competitiveness.
