Last week, our partner Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) hosted a seminar titled “Challenges and Success Factors in Managing the Development of Complex Systems.”

The seminar addressed the difficulties that may arise during complex system development, especially for innovative projects, and how to recover from the brink of failure. Managers and entrepreneurs shared their experiences with development initiatives that faced major challenges and discussed ways to recover from setbacks.

As part of the IDEATION project’s objective to strengthen the “Triangle Network” by establishing new collaborations, the seminar provided an opportunity for enhancing collaboration through pro-innovative approaches. The seminar saw the participation of 109 students from BSc and MSc programs, along with non-academic and academic staff, as well as two visitors from the industry sector.

Moreover, the seminar served as a training platform for the Digital Platform in IDEATION A1, featuring live demos of the Infrastructure Sharing and Crowd Innovation possibilities. The staff and students who participated in the seminar gave very positive feedback on the training, highlighting its effectiveness in enhancing their understanding of the digital platform’s potential.
